Prince William was filmed swearing at Wimbledon
Frankly, as an active royal, it must be exhausting to have to be on your best behavior all the time.
So it's no surprise that even someone like Prince William, who is used to it all, can slip a bit, oh, so often, in public.
He seemed to have such a slip recently when he attended the Wimbledon Tennis Tournament with Kate Middleton. To be fair, sports matches are emotional for everyone.
During the men's singles quarterfinal match between Britain's Cameron Norrie and Belgium's David Goffin, the Duke of Cambridge was caught on camera, according to Newsweek, looking just a little upset that the Brit lost the point.
In this video, which was re-shared by a Twitter user, the Duke does indeed appear to be saying "no, no, no, fuck it." Seems like an appropriate response to me, but the comments were split between the "no need for those words" side and the "glad to see he's a normal young man."
Prince William is known for being diplomatic and level-headed on official occasions, but behind closed doors (or when his private family time is interrupted), he is not exactly the poster child for sangfroidé.
For example, he was recently caught on camera yelling at an amateur paparazzo in Norfolk (justified, frankly, since this person was trying to document a family bike ride involving young children in Cambridge).
Yes, he may be a future king, but he is first of all a human being, and that is not a bad thing.
