Britney Spears has had a really difficult time since her conservatorship in 2008, and of course recording was not her top priority.

Her first priority was ending her conservatorship, followed by her marriage to her longtime boyfriend, Sam Asgari. And while there is still no sign that the book of murder mysteries she teased last year will be published, she has reportedly signed a $15 million contract with Simon & Schuster to write a memoir.

But while her fans want Spears to do only what makes her happy, they also miss the star's music. Thankfully for those who do, it appears that she is finally back in action.

She and Elton John have reportedly recorded a duet of his hit "Tiny Dancer," a dream collaboration indeed.
